Well, I've only gone and done it - stuck a 1k deposit with Vines of Guildford for this baby

Needless to say I'm delighted and managed to get a perch on the thing at the London Bike Show recently.
Question is, what happens to my well loved Boxer Replika complete with trick bits ?

Congratulations on the new purchase. All that can be said about your Boxer Cup is keep it if you can or try and sell it to a fellow Trixter.

Thanks Andrew.
Many partner wants to keep the Replika, as the HP2 only has room for one of course !
However, cost may play a part, but will probably take your advice and see if a fellow Trixster may fancy it, should the decision be made to sell.

I'm sure I saw you in there today(at the desk at the bottom of the stairs), I drooled over the HP2 having noticed the tiny sold sticker on the headlamp, myself and the family were snaffling hot dogs at the time! I sat on the F800 F650 models

...I see you've got a hugger on the HP2 Sport...??
...is it the Ilmberger one ; and did it fit over the 190/55 tire ??
...I had a 190/55 on my R12S, and the Ilmberger hugger wouldn't fit anymore...
...I've gone back to a 190/50 rear tire...

Yes it’s a Ilmberger from a K1200R (left hand drive) which fits perfectly on the right hand drive Sport Beemers.
I originally bought it for my 12GS which also has a 190/55 rear tyre. And it now fits my HP2S perfectly… which is handy. However, its got a bit tatty so I’m looking to buy a new one asap.

That’s a nice selection of bikes you have there. Are they all yours?
I'm usually hanging around at Fowlers on Saturday lunchtime (not this weekend though).
Cheers

Looks trick - don't get mine until early September, so miss the summer....drat !!
Hugger looks good, do you know if BMW are going to sell a race/street aftermarket pipe ? Guess Akrapovic will be the brand, as they are used on the Endurance/Formula Extreme bikes.

If you want a tue supersport machine, then you wont be dissapointed when you collect your HP2S. You won’t believe it’s a BMW Boxer twin. It truly is a unique awesome experience. I went faster today on my favourite road on the HP2, than I’ve ever gone on my 175bhp at the wheel ZX-10R
.
As for a race exhaust? there is nothing available yet. However, I'm not bothered yet because the stck pipe looks and sounds fantastic.
