On the mountain

Taken on Monday after TT week, the mountain had just opened to 2 way traffic again, Ramsey in background. Great 2 weeks hol, I think that was the Summer.

Nice picture Ivor. Not a view most people see as they're usually concentrating too hard on the view to the front over the mountains as they head south at mach 10 Are you & Nige booked up for next year yet? The ferry places are fast disappearing already...

Hi Mark,
Not sure if Nige is going next year, I'm planning something different for next year not sure what yet, but hoping for a trip to Europe at least. Not that I realised at the time but we certainly hit the weather well for the TT when you look at what is falling now.

I cant decide on whether to go or not. Have been for the last ten years, including teh foot and mouth year but this year they fleeced us good!

Know what you mean Paul! I spent a fortune and I was only there half as long as you were! We grew tired of spending a fortune every time we wanted to eat and had to start using the supermarkets to save cash. Fantastic fun though. I've bagged a couple of ferry places for 2008 before they run out, but I'll make a decision later this year as to whether to head to the Mediterranean instead
