Not sure how to put any pictures on here so I have put them on my blog. Is it allowed to say that here?

Why do you say that?

Because some forums do not like people putting a link to a website or blog.

Thanks Gromit, I would like it to be a focal point for bikers visiting this area and will try and update it every other day.
As I have said before, anyone coming down this way is welcome to contact me for coffee, rideouts, wine or whatever is required.

Having seen the area you live in, you can be sure I will hold you to that sooner or later.

I'd usually say 'all of the above'
We've holidayed several times around the Dordogne area (around Martel mostly) and love it very much. Usually going on 2 wheels, I can only agree that there are some fabulous roads to be enjoyed.
If I leave the RAF in a couple of years, it'll definitely be part of the 'Big Tour' I've planned as a present to myself.

Gromit, Do what I did, leave the RAF and come and live here on your pension, you won't believe how far it goes!

Please don't think that thought hasn't already crossed my mind
Trouble is, with Mrs G also being in the Firm (and having 6 yrs to go to her pension) and having the wee Gromette, that idea would have to be shelved. Certainly for the foreseeable.
I'll just be really glad to get out of London.

Well G, Like MM I retired early (54 not 46 though) and am enjoying wonderful early retirement in Spain. Like MM I am setting this Finca up for fun and liesure.... and will offer this to all when finished. Unlike MM I do not have a Blog or website of my own.... MM that is a great blog site you have there. Stuart

Well I would count myself as a decent friend. Should I be asking Gromit to buy me brekkie?
