colour scheme designed by previous owner 15years ago as he did not like the plain silver .

Certainly is a very smart colour scheme on a very clean looking bike. I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

I know this bike from somewhere. Van de Linde exhaust. One of the best.

Was told she is a SuperSport version? Higher rear end, yellow shock, Brembo brakes and Wide rear rim.
Yes she has a Vanderlinde exhaust...sounds so good !. I picked her up from a nice gentleman in Coventry area who has done most of the 15k miles and has been all around Europe with her

Hi there,
I’ve recently purchased this bike and I’m also from Coventry. Do you happen to know the name of the person you purchased from in Coventry?
Would be interesting to get some history on the bike and see if I knew who owned it.
I don’t recall ever seeing it around this area.
The bike is still looking pretty immaculate and just turned 20,000 on the day I rode it home.
Sadly I have a couple of leaks to sort on it, which weren’t evident when I viewed the bike and picked it up, but appeared on my first ride out a week later.
The person I purchased from only had it 3 months and covered 300 miles, but insisted there were no leaks when he sold it to me

That's a nice looking bike Neil.
180 wide rear tyre and yellow spring are optional extras but Brembo brakes are standard for the bike. You'll find that the toolkit does not have a wheel nut spanner because the yellow spring shock holds the ride height too high for the centre stand to lift the rear wheel off the ground. I welded extra feet to the centre stand to gain more height.
You say that it's leaking? Must be oil I suppose as it's the only liquid in the bike. Where is it leaking from?

First the left fork seal went after 35 miles and when I got back home there appears to be oil under the gearbox, which I’ve been told could be brake fluid from the slave cylinder, or the gearbox I put shaft seal or both.
The slave cylinder has been replaced by a previous owner, but with an aftermarket one and I don’t know if the original had been leaking.
I have a new genuine Magura one and new fork seals on the way. Just waiting for them to arrive and then got to find time to look at it.
Also leak coming from rubber boot on the FD which could be from the gearbox, or possibly an accumulation of oil over a long period of time.
It’s all guess work at the moment
