Nice bike (I had a lot of fun riding one of them last year), and I particularly like the second photo with the shaft of light coming from the top-right - very arty.
So, heat-wrap exhaust downpipes or not? Just a cool look (personal taste thing), advantages and disadvantages? Maybe a banter topic.

The bike came with the headers wrapped and I am giving consideration to removing the White wrap and applying more (of a darker colour) due to the condition of the roads up here and all the sh@te which will get chucked up. Had all the bikes "ACF'd" last week also.
The bike originally came with knobbly tyres too and had been shown as a semi scrambler type by the dealer at the end of last year. I saw no need to keep the tyres on her but I do feel that the wrap is/will serve a purpose.

Very nice Colin, much better without the knobbly tyres. Do you get any storage space under the little seat hump?
Cheers,
Paul

Yes, the vertical section at the front of the hump pops off and there is a very small "cubby hole".

I had not taken such a short sighted view of the excellent photographs - I was more concerned about the wayward bushes in the background that look as if they need pruning !!
Bike looks great.

Yes, she is honing her skills. She has recently completed a degree in Commercial Photography and wants to persue land-scape work.
The sun was out that day between 10.08 and 10.13am

I do like that upswept silencer.
It's a modern design that seems to suit the bike well.
Still hate the bandages though.
Sorry
