Yep the K was delivered back at 8AM this morning sporting a now functional new rear ESA
so a test ride down to mid Wales was called for so down to Bala>Dolgellau>Machynlleth>Llanidloes>Aberystwyth via Llyn Clywedog
It has to be said the A44 down to Aberystwyth is an awesome piece of tarmac with stunning views, curves, surface, which all went a huge way to me bonding with K this afternoon. So the K44 on the A44
Now it's rear shock is working and it has fresh front wheel bearings it's back on form again.
And BMW have offered compensation too so fair play to BMW for stepping up to the plate and a) replacing the rear shock over the 30k mile limit and b) offering some compensation.
I know it's easy to knock them BUT being fair from previous experience few other manufacturers would have be as generous.
