Triple bike trailers are a much better bet Al.

A double means you have to carry two bikes as just one will mean the balance is off. Whereas with a triple a single bike can go in the middle, two bikes can go either side and three of course with one in each slot :)

Mr. Spock is my role model so be advised; I possess no (discernible) sense of humour.

It's all VFR (DCT) round here now. STILL missing my 1100s tho.

Most "doubles" - you can move one of the rails to the middle position, and carry only the one bike.

All it involves for the manufacturer- is the addition of a couple of bolt-holes in the centre of the frame.

Al :)
If I am ever on life support - Unplug me......
Then plug me back in..........

See if that works .....

Hello all
Thanks for the positive comments.
I have started stripping the bike off any excess parts. I will be posting these in the for sale section in a bid to help fund the build!! I will post some pics later of the stripped down bike and some more photos I took at the race last year.
All the best
Gus

The 12s is being converted for race use. New fairings and a few performance trinkets.

Where do you get the race fairings from? As far as I know sjbmw does a set but it is expensive. Strangely sebimoto doesn't make race fairings for the 12s, only for the 11s and s1000rr.

Hi
I ,m using the Fairings off a HP2 s ,race items. You have to mod and change a fair few items to make them fit the 1200s. You can get a kit which replicates a 1000rr. Fairings and tail piece.Pretty much bolts on with supplied sub frames.
