How long does it normally take for the "shopkeeper" to reply to my order request? Just checking as I placed an order (I think last weekend) and want to makes sure it got through OK before I try again maybe?

You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.
