I've checked a couple of parcel company web sites and I think that it's going to be about £60 to send the boots to New Zealand.

If you haven't done it already - bang the details into "parcel2go" and see what they have available from all the major players.

I'll be surprised if it is that much.

there's import duties to contend with too,

My daughter asked about me sending her kit out when she was living there and when I looked into it it looked expensive

I know the story with import duties, as long as the value is less than NZ$400 (200 pounds) we don't get charged...over that there's a set of fixed charges of about $50 then GST (same as VAT) at 15%

The value is the "landed" value, including shipping...

Parcelforce want £62.50 - that's the cheapest I can get it for.
