Looks like a lo of bike for the money, but one question, why has one exhaust got the baffle in and not the other?

Good question, it's because the laser silencer emits most noise from the one outlet and is the only one drilled to take a baffle screw, so it only needs one baffle! Sounds lovely without it though.....

I'm really interested in the BMW panniers and mounts. I have been trying to locate for some time now. Most sellers don't want to sell separately from the bike. Really hoping to get lucky this time.

Sorry, don't want to split from the bike, BUT I do have another set of panniers with standard lids, plus a spare pair of bottom brackets, which are a bit tatty, so need repainting. All you would need then are the top rails?
Amazing what you collect over 10 years!
Reason am selling is have treated myself to a brand new R1200RS.

No problem, enjoy your new bike!
Yes, you only need 1 baffle, hardly anything comes out of the other.
