Wanted - HP2 Sport

Postby Joe Bar » Sat Nov 26, 2016 2:06 pm

Hi,

If anyone knows of or is considering selling, I'm (seriously) considering the purchase of a HP2 Sport as I've just sold my HP2 Megamoto, as after 6 years of ownership it's time for a change.

Looking for a very clean, low mileage, UK bike with history that has been as cared for as my Megamoto was

Cheers.

Are you sure you're not selling, I could be tempted at the right price.

Mmmmm................

Must have a look and see how much they are fetching these days.

Always hard to tell, as the dealer prices can be a bit "adventurous" with rare bikes.

Barrie Robson had the Motorsport model in when I got my GS - wanted above £17,000 for it - I didn't see it advertised and it wasn't in the showroom for long

There's one in lloyd Honda carlisle for sale. Not advertised as it's a customers bik so a private sale. Can't remember what they wanted for it but I think it was in the right ballpark. (15k?)

I almost bought a Motorsport one back in 2010, but bought the GS Adv instead

I think it was £13,000 and circa 3,000m on it.

I think 'slightly overpriced' may be a slight understatement. Flying a kite is more like it.
