Got an interesting phone call thisafter, from a guy wanting to sell me a BCR,

He said he got wind of me wanting a decent two up all rounder for touring duties. He has a few boxers but admits the RWB BCR can go.

Do you think £2,5k is over the top?

I do not want to make him feel like a good business man, I liked the sound of his pitch, completely standard apart from an accredited BillyBlaze map.

Guy was a Geordie he sounded familiar

Chris, way over the top pricewise - sounds very dodgy. I'm going to immaculatise mine - you know, bit of Hammerite on the front engine case and yokes and some rim tape. Probably get about £10,995 for it

Is that the same rim tape that I removed free of charge for you from those buckled old R1200S wheels ?

Yeah but I've tarted it up - you wouldn't recognise it
