Carbon Fibre Pillion Seat Cover - R1100S

Carbon fibre pillion seat cover for R1100S. I've had this ages but never used it - it's in nearly new condition with only a few light storage scratches.
The locating lugs are not fitted but supplied in a separate bag (stuck to the bottom as you can see). Not sure if this means they have never been fitted, or if they came off when with the previous owner?
There's no branding or similar on it, so I've no idea who made it - in fact I can't even remember where / when I got it, other than I've had it a long time!
