Various R12S parts for sale

Postby radiohead9999 » Tue May 26, 2020 5:18 pm

Hi,

I just bought an R12S with a load of spare parts, which are surplus to requirement

1. OEM Front and back original disk-brake rotors (The first owner changed the to some higher-spec ones when he first bought the bike, apparently) - £90 for them both
2. Original full exhaust & downpipes - £190
3. Original front and rear indicator lamp holders - £50
4. Motorworks front/rear wheel paddock stand https://www.motorworks.co.uk/vlive/Shop ... A_40_50_FA) - £60
5. Original tail tidy (no indicators included)- £40
6. Front wheel stand - £40
7. Original yoke and bars (BMW badge removed)- £75

I have addd some photos' if there are any more detailed photos you want, let me know. I thought I would try them here before flea-bay. Ideally collection would be best for the bulkier items, but I will try to be helpful and look at postage or meeting up, where possible. I live near Stockton-on-Tees.

Thanks for looking

Steve

I'm pretty sure the discs are the same - the ABS ring goes between the disc and wheel

Hi

Would you consider selling just the exhaust pipes (no cat, no mufflers)?
And, would you send it to Spain?

Hi,

I don't want to split the pipes and exhaust up, sorry, thanks for the enquiry.

Cheers

Is the exhaust system still for sale?
If so then I have a question:
It looks like the headers have done away with the catalytic converter.
The original bracket that holds the exhaust to the underside of the bike has a large diameter to accommodate the catalytic converter.
Does this system come with a suitable smaller diameter bracket?
Cheers

If it helps when I fitted my decat Remus headers there was no bracket and I’ve never fitted one, seems ok after 11 years 34K miles, hope that’s useful.
