For sale. Brand new Avon Storm 3DXM tyres I purchased to fit on my R1100S with standard back wheel. These are great sport touring tyres.
You can have the set for £100 so long as you collect from near Lichfield in South staffs.

Just checking the rear wheel size - mines 5.5" and has a 180 tyre, I know some are larger.

Nope - some are smaller. The 5" rim has 170 section tyre on.
You have the wider rim and thus the larger 180 tyre.

Yep it’s a 170mm rear tyre that I’ve got as had the standard 5” wheel.

Hi,
170 is fine, I just didn't want a 190.
The 180 on mine looks a bit pulled in anyway. 170 will be good.
