R1100s for sale

Postby 626barry » Sat Oct 17, 2015 4:04 pm

Reluctantly on returning from a great trip around Scotland I have decided to sell my R1100s.

I have owned the bike since 24/03/2012.

The previous owner acquired the bike on 18/09/2009.

I am the fourth owner of the bike.

The bike was first registered on 11/03/2004.

The bike has a full service history.

Pre delivery check 10/03/2004 by Allan Jefferies (0 miles)

600 mile service 22/05/2004 by Allan Jefferies (603 miles)

6000 mile service 25/04/2008 by Allan Jefferies (6140 miles)

12000 mile service 02/04/2012 by Graham’s Motorcycles (12460 miles)

Annual service 24/05/2006 by Allen Jefferies (2871 miles)

Annual service 22/04/2010 by Allan Jefferies (8935 miles)

Annual service 19/03/2013 by Graham’s Motorcycles (14641 miles)

Annual service 21/03/2014 by Graham’s Motorcycles (15335 miles)

Annual service 23/03/2015 by Graham’s Motorcycles (17503 miles)

The current mileage is 18725 (which may increase)

The bike is MOT’d till 30/03/2016 and I have 8 previous MOT certificates.

The bike is in my name and I have all the paperwork. I have also got all receipts since I have owned the bike.

The bike in my opinion and that of others is in excellent condition apart from the front fork lowers/lower triple tree (common fault) and the leading edge/underneath of the belly pan all of which require painting (I have bought the materials to do the job in the event I don’t sell the bike).

Extras on the bike include.

Datatool system 3 alarm complete with both fobs.

Carbon fibre front mudguard.

Front fender extender.

After market tinted screen (taller than the original).

Rapid dog barback handlebar risers complete with front extended braided hoses.

Ancillary power socket hard wired into the bike adjacent to the top yoke.

Black powder coated bracing bar (great for mounting a sat nav etc).

Bagster tank cover.

BMW tank bag.

Carbon fibre colour matched belly pan.

Carbon fibre hugger.

Colour matched seat cowl.

K & N air filter.

Tail tidy.

Colour matched panniers with city lids (key matched to ignition key).

After market pannier bags.

Givi rack complete with monokey plate.

Givi monokey top box which holds 2 lids (complete with backrest).

Paddock stand.

I’ll even throw in a R1100s T-shirt.

The asking price for the bike is £3995.

I’m not desperate to sell and will keep if I don’t get the asking price.

I have loads of photos please E-mail me at bcfcok@blueyonder.co.uk and I'll send you further photo's.

You could always make the seller an offer for the bike - minus a lot of the extras?

Then - you get the right bike for you, rather than a compromise.

Al :)
If I am ever on life support - Unplug me......
Then plug me back in..........

See if that works .....
