MotoGP - 125cc 142MPH

Bradley Smiths 142MPH top speed from a 125.
That is just mad.

That lad should be outside the chip shop trying to impress girls not tearing round the desert at that speed.

give us a go on your scooter, sony?

No offence winger - but those 5 spoke magnesiums look like they were designed in an unlit room by a 6th form wood work student. They are honestly the worst looking pair of wheels around - they'll be the lightest thing out there for the 11s I don't doubt but they sure is ugly. Besides which I think i...

Does it come with a hard luggage option?

Sorry if this has appeared before but just seen it.

Design concept - take one 10 year old child, force feed them 20 cans of red bull, pass them a pen and paper then keep clear...

I reckon the Galespeeds look OK: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploads10/wheels1175581281.jpg ...although I don't really have any problem with stockers meself. Scared to ride a Dymag'd bike in case I like it.. This is my point exactly - no offence. These wheels are a design compromise. The...

Nice bike - The Van Harten bike has got loads of mods - some so suttle and others not so.
How he spent 15 grand though is beyond me.

I like the way the checquer plate is reflecting off the belly pan - makes me want to get a sheet of it and hammer out a belly pan in nothing but checquer plate...

There's only three people doing wheels for the R12s. AC Schnitzer, HPE and Galespeed. The HPE are what is fitted to the HP2 -but since you order them through your local BM dealer don't expect them to be cheap. The Galesepeed items are a universal rim which is then machined to fit the rear with an ad...

I think what I'm saying is that if you're a company like Stealth Products then you design your product to be as modular as possible - that way you cut down on tooling costs. You then redesign the disc inner to match with your limited production run of outers. The Yam R1 disc has 10 bobbins on it - y...

Throttle... Yeah - I saw those full floaters and have to say they look nice. But I only live 20 minutes from Motorworks so if they don't answer the phone I'll just go round and hammer on the door until they do. What I can't understand is why there arn't more people making fully floaters for the R120...

AC Schnitzer wheels and new discs - R1200s

Well Rossiters tell me my new forged rear wheel (to match the front one I already bagged on the bay) will be with me by Tuesday latest. I haven't fitted the front yet but the plan is to have two complete sets of wheels. So I will need new discs. The plan was to fit some PFM cast Iron jobbies that Mo...

Clock? I hadn't noticed it but yes...

I can only assume then that this bike takes part in sprints or hillclimbs. You are given a time to be at the gate in many cases - if you miss it you get a DNQ...

Should be an easy project.

Bikini fairing, tank off a sling shot Gixer 750, race seat off a 125 race bike.
