Clonk?

Advice please. Recently I've noticed when going over bumps/dips I hear a loud clonk from the back end. Had a good look round, nothing loose, leaking, sagging, scraping, sidestand seems ok. Can't replicate it by bouncing the bike at standstill. Had a look round the Forum, could it be the cat or drive...
