Thanks Bry Yes I have braided hoses but have been reluctant to move the existing bars above the yoke to experiment. I dont think that the original position is too bad but i'm just thinking ahead to a time when i may have to do it through necessity - after-all old age is creeping up on us all and i d...

Spot on! If a driver 'didn't see you' then maybe just maybe they can hear you.

By the way I think that truck drivers are generally pretty good at keeping an eye out for bikers... in my humble experience that is... And I always acknowledge if they attempt to get out of my way when I'm filtering.

I had a stebel nautilus that eventually failed after a few years (heavy use!) and replaced it with a new one from nippy normans. First time out and heading down the motorway i used it and it lasted about 5 seconds before the rotary part dislodged itself, seized the motor and took the fuse with it. I...

bar backs yes or no

I know its an old chestnut and rapid dog periodically shows up, but bar backs yes or no?

Apart from the obvious easing of weight off the wrist are there any draw-backs such as increasing air-flow into visor as you are now sitting up.

Any advice would be appreciated. Ta muchly Cliff

Hi James I recently considered pr3's in place of my old pr2's and was advised by Nick at njw tyres that although out for a while it was too soon to get any decent feedback on handling. Reading different forums gave the impression of being waaay too sticky to turn correctly and your experience seems ...

Hi Gary

Very nice looking bike & kit. Did you get the panniers/rails from Motorworks? And- would a laptop (15" - suitably packaged & padded) fit into them?

Cheers

How Much?

...from the Rick Wakeman show on Planet Rock this Weekend... So a man goes up to a 'lady of the night' and enquires how much she would charge? £50 she says. Bit expensive he says, and moves down the road where he asks the same question to a second prostitute. £5 this one says. Why such a difference ...
