Hey there, I'm overwhelmed at the generosity and kindness of my Dad's friends that he's met through biking. Firstly the donations at the Wales Rideout (which I hope was as good as dad always said) are amazing and as I see Paul's already told you will be put to good use. I'll post again when the benc...

Hello again trixters. I'd like to thank you all for your amazingly kind words over the past few days, I have shown them to my mum and my sister and they have been of great comfort to us all. We have been reminded of the things we saw in my dad and the kind and heartwarming man he was. The number of ...

A Message from Overipe's son

I'm sorry to have to tell you that my dad has died doing what he loved on Thursday the 3rd of April at 1pm. Eon was in Spain travelling to the Southern Coast with his two friends leading the group. I'm not 100% on the details but he was apparently spooked by some shadow on the bend at about 40mph an...

Done over 15k on mine and no problems at all except corrosion on front engine cover as most of them do. Being fixed on next service under warranty. Can't praise the bike enough. :P

We've insured our son's 03 1.0 litre Corsa with Quinns for £900 TP F & T for over a year now. Just for your comparison. Can't comment on company as he's made no claims so far!! Good luck

Got mine from a guy on this site called Ton. Very helpful and good english for us Xenophobes! I ordered Black as I think Puig are not producing any more as yet until bike sells a lot better. Best to go for what is in stock. Screen is brilliant and keeps blast off better by the way. http://www.mdi-on...

What about those cheap motel chains like Ibis, Formula 1, Campanile etc. Not special but cheap and easy and always somewhere to eat either in or close at hand. Bonus is you can keep an eye on the bikes as well.
Just my two pennyworth. Have a great trip.

And to think it was just me feeling like a Luddite when I thought our new Toshiba 32" LCD was poorer quality than our 24 year old B&O CRT set!!! No one else in the family agrees so I just keep stum now.

Is it an Ilmberger hugger, as I can only comment on that and yes the wheel has to come off but fitting is very easy.

I also can't comment on the width as I've only the standard wheel. Good luck.

I'm OK I promise guys!!! I was just a little shocked as to how much unsold metal there was of such a cracking bike. I definately think this is the best bike I've owned so not thinking of the future at all. In fact can't wait to get the (Ohlins pressie to self) fitted and give it a smacking :t...

R1200S bike sales

Apropos of a quite patch at work I went into http://www.motorcyclenews.com to look at bikes and what's for sale (what a suprise) and discovered 62, yes 62 (7 pages) R1200S for sale, 99% of 'em being low mileage demos I reckon. As a point of reference I then checked R1100S;s. Only 19 in all! ...
