The Mrs has just bought a 2 piece, made to measure, suit from Hideout, when I say bought, I mean she had the fitting over the weekend, should get the completed suit in about 10-14 days. from what we have seen should be excelent, if not we have wasted (a lot) of money :lol:

Thanks for the advice guys :!: concensus says just a normal (photo) licence will do. I'll try & post some photo's when we get back - but will be of Harleys - is this allowed :lol: (promise no ho*das)

USA (route 66) Licence requirements ?

We are (booked, no going back) riding route 66 this July (on harleys, i've got a fat boy, the Mrs a low rider) but I can't find out what, if any, the licence requirments are. travel agent and Eagle riders says UK licence SHOULD be ok (yea like the bike ride bit of the trip costs $10,000 SHOULD be ok...

Brilliant :lol: Mate had reg number S4 DME (Sad Me) on his goldwing, did it for a laugh, the guy who bought it from him seemed more interested in the plate rather than the bike which I think was a little sad :!:

Quick check of the DVLA site, B12DOS (yellow bolt will change B to a R) is for sale @ £399 - but to look "right" will have to be on a single line, which is illegal :lol: - think carefuly before buying, when you change your bike whats the plate worth if its not on a R1200S ? (ans. 35p)
