masha, fitted one on my 2004 BCR last year, bought it from motorworks, not a 5 min job to fit, bellypan off, rear light surround, siide panels, silencers might need a little persuasion. Fit the Y piece with some high temp silicon sealer on the push joints (recommended by motorworks), I didnt chip an...

Hi ruffy, Its because of the EU and the oil based paint ban, tried my dealers and they cant sell me any. Will try Motorworks, they managed to get me some for the blue on my front wheel. Its only a small area, so a stick would do, but every time I get the bike out it jumps out at me. keith :D

Req some Silver Engine paint
Can anyone recommend some silver engine paint, my otherwise mint 2004 boxercup has developed a bit of a rash on the gearbox  , this despite lashings of WD and FS365 over the last 3 years. Had a look at halfords and there are loads of shades of silver. Cheers Keith

Have run a few times with it now and was slowly getting used to it, setting off home from work this morning when the engine was cold, noticed that condensate was dripping from the bottom push fit joint, i rang darren at motorworks and he was very helpful, they recommend when fitting one of these sys...
