Hi Neil
If you still have the SJ filter for sale I would be interested.
Did you sell both parts?

Have to admit I vote with my feet and wallet depends on how i feel i have been dealt with on a customer basis, as a general comment service has been getting worse as of late.

Re: new suspension - boxer cup
certainly will do, only 2 hesitations -
maybe should have got the preload adjuster but was convinced by the shop i didnt need it
I lose the adjuster on the handle bar yolk for the front.
once off ill get the original shocks rebuilt over time.

new suspension - boxer cup
just bought new nitron front and rear suspension for the boxer cup, nitron had the correct sizes for the bike at the factory went for the r3 for the rear which might be overkill but the r2 was only 90 quid cheaper, look forward to them being built, sent and fitted in around 4 weeks time.

Re: new bike arriving soon
Well got the bike delivered end of last week (I think the shop was wondering who it belonged to), noticed that he fuel was quite low so rather than any condensation occur took it to a petrol station round the corner to make sure the tank was full! Felt quite stiff to turn but could have been the st...

Re: new bike arriving soon
Many moons ago I bought a MV F4 1000. It was delivered and the first time I took it out it wouldn't turn at all. That would have been down to the 15 psi in the front tyre, so much for the dealer pdi!! Maybe worth checking on the RSV? Cheers Ian I had an f4rr rode it round for 3 months, chased the V...

Re: new bike arriving soon
Still working at the moment, did have time to ceramic coat the bodywork easter weekend but not the wheels yet, the shop over lubed the chain so I need to clean the wheels.
Must confess to a slight detour on the way back to get a bit of power back in the battery before being laid up again.

Re: Contemplating a Change of Car
There seem to be lots of newish V8 Mustangs on auto trader at around the £25k mark. Also a couple of Aston Martin Vanquish's, at a similar purchase price, if your glass half full outlook extends to predicting future maintainance costs too. Good luck choosing and let us know how you get on. Cheers, ...
