Hi everyone I’m in that mood that means my 1200s is coming out of hibernation it’s been garaged 2 years. The brake fluid looks crap so it’s needs a full bleed. Does anyone recommend Not doing it etc, I’m not really wanting to pay for it to be done I service my other bikes.

Trixters, I’m looking to take my 1200s out of the shed, it’s been stood 12 months. I want to bleed all the brakes & abs unit, but the Haynes manual says it must go to the dealer?? Is this true?
Any help on this matter would be appreciated

well the bmw stand was impressive at the show this year, the boxer engine bikes being the best of them. I would like to see a an r1250s Colgate soon.

Well got all excited then, even with £1k off I’m struggling to get the bike I Want, but I know after XMas prices will just drop further. The R1200gsTE in red 2016 is what I’m trying to locate for 10k with lauggage. Lucky for me the 1250 is due.
