Hi guys, Thanks for help but it is not moisture that is inside the headlamp it is almost like the headlamp is full of smoke, I can only assume that headlamp glass and reflector needs polishing ??

What is your oil level like- could be too high? Yes Pete and while the tank was off I gave the underside of the petrol tank and battery carrier a coat of hammerite paint, you would not get that done in a garage would you.
