Yes in the short term car parks by the south terminal i think there is only one entrance and the car parks have different numbers. It was really easy to find. The parking is in the car park opposite the terminal under ramps etc. Last year it wokred as follows take ticket on entry, on exit go to the booth with the car park attendant and he will let you out. No charge bargain.

If the equipment has been properly tested and configured for all vehicle types then there is no problem.

The eqipment MCN refers to has not been tested and has been proved to be inaccurate. How can reading from this equioment be used for a prosecution?
