All the rest of the box seems fine.I can't find any video tutorials online and my manual is really hard to follow....

Re: Handlebars

As said above the mirrors fit on the bars, the blank plates I got online and were quite cheap but still look good.My son has the normal bars above the yoke, and yes its better than below but not as good as the LSL ones. It doesn't look odd at all, I understand the purists not wanting to change the o...

Re: Handlebars

I put LSL superbike bars on mine, it makes the bike so much more comfortable but does cause other problems. I needed to put a vario screen on to stop the buffering, then I had to add GS mirrors because I could only see my fists in the standard ones. I put carbon blanks in the old mirror fitments. Th...

Re: Judder pulling away

Thanks for the reply Chris, I remember having to change the paralever on my GS because the pivot pin was knackered. I'll check for the free play next Monday (Monday night is bike night for me Ha Hah) With reference to three shredded wheat, down south we are double hard buggers LOL. Either that or we...

Re: Judder pulling away

Hi Chris, not quite sure what you mean but i took the and final drive off in one piece, and just slotted it back in again. Today I have spoken with motorworx and barnstormer and they both have said it could be just a bedding in issue? How would i check for free play?
Thanks for your help Steve

Judder pulling away

Hi Guys, I have just changed the clutch and slave on my sons 1100s. On its first test after putting back together it has a judder whilst pulling away in gear one. Once moving gears two and three are fine. I have tried re bleeding the slave but found no air inside. it feels like the judder is either ...

Wanted GS1150 mirrors

Hi I own a 1100s and I am looking for a set of mirrors to go on the handle bars because I have now fitted LSL super bike bars. I have been told that GS1150 mirrors will fit, so does anyone have a spare set out there?

Re: Riser Bar and fittings wanted

Hi, I fitted the LSL set, and it has transformed the bike for me. It is now really comfortable with no wrist pain at all.
You will get people say it spoils the look of the bike but I disagree. The only problem I have had is now my mirrors are full of my hands instead of a rear view.
