Re: Ride with Bodywork Missing?

Hmm, maybe I should check then (grumbles)... Just checked insurance cert, all present and correct, policy is with Equity Red Star through Carole Nash. Policy used to be a multibike up until last year, so maybe that's where the problem stems from. I'll give then a call & check it out tomorrow. C...

Interesting but concerning. Just out of interest, I thought I'd check.....and sure enough my 90S is on the database but the 1100s isn't! I just checked too; my 1100s isn't on there either :? ... I neither have the time or the inclination to be chasing this with the insurance company or the database...

If you are going for a personal injury claim, use RSS (Rider Support Services) not your insurer provided solicitors. Seconded. I used these guys when a car travelling in the opposite direction to me turned across my path with no indication, I hit him side on and somersaulted over the car. It was ab...

Good luck to you and anyone that has one because I don't give a shit! Postings like this one are made to fuel emotions, the less replies that are made to this, the less satisfaction he gets, and off he'll go to annoy others on a different forum. There's one in Vines as well. The Vines one is someho...

Re: BMW R1100S vs BMW 1200S

I took the 12s for a test ride and was very inprested with its power and handling but new if I bought it I would not get the wife on the back for any extended trips. Ah a new word to describe the R1200S: Inprested (adj.) derived from the descriptives impressed and interested . Specifically used whe...

Ive had a Panasonic HD 42" Plasma for 2 years and cant fault it at all ditto eggcup. We had a Phillips ambilight, but that went back. In it's place we bought a 42" Panasonic plasma (1080i), the PS3 gets used on the same tv & I honestly can't fault the picture quality using this or sim...

Re: Vario screen fitted

Fitted the Vario screen yesterday evening. :P Thinks! this will take 20 Mins. Which it would except that one of the stupid captive nuts escaped. Hour and a half later having had to remove a side panel and the instrument surround. This is the first time I have taken the side panel off. I suspect tha...
