Torque Setting values

Hi Everyone, Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of a list of torque settings for the R1200R Please? I'm fitting a few bits & bobs to the bike, protection add ons in the main, but cannot find any charts on line with the preferred torque settings.javascript:emoticon(':lol:')
