Stolen Bike
Hi guys, I need your help: the bike of a friend from italian site "Quellidellelica" has been robbed last week during a trip in Canterbury. It's a well tuned white/orange R1150GS, plate number AS65373. Here are a lot of pics (link "la moto"): http://www.i-toschi.eu/ Any kind of he...

Wow, Land + bike.....i bet it will be a great journey!! Ehm....what about adopting an italian biker during the travel? I take a little place, I don't make dirty, I don't bark too much and I wag my tail every time you turn on the bike.... :D :D There's a great off-road ex-military way which starts fr...

Hi Luca, I would go for the Sportecs, now on my 3rd set. The tyre pressures in the handbook are wrong. Metzeler recommend 36 front 42 rear, I run 35/40 with no problems at all, these pressures were given to me by a suspension specialist. Andrew  Thank you Andrew, you confirm what Nick said. A...

Thank you very much for your explanation Nick, it sounds good to me. I've never thought to increase tires pressure, maybe I've been too much confident of bmw owners handbook. I liked Z4 except for this drawback; so maybe next tyre change I'll come back to them. I think Z6 Roadtec hasn't any /B speci...
Hi Smeegles, I'm 75kg, and I keep my tyre pressure at 2.2bar front (32 psi) and 2.5bar rear (36 psi). The behaviour of the Mez4 was really unusual to me: after a series of turns, with an air temperature about 30°C, they lost grip, it was like riding on soap, no traction and no stability. I had to st...
