Do you mean the short term car parks?
Do you have to go into a particular one (aren't they numbered 1-3)?

Parking at Gatwick

Can someone give me details of where the bike park is at Gatwick please? I've got Heathrow and Stanstead sorted now... but the BAA page on Gatwick have either removed the info for bikers or never had it up. I'll be going to South terminal but with their shuttle link doesn't really matter which termi...

It's Guildford Tyres that I use... chatted to Alan, then phoned back to query it and spoke to Steve and was told that all the big manufacturers have very recently increased their prices by a not insignificant amount. Having a quick wander about the net has sort of confirmed this but wanted to double...

Tyres near Vines

Where would you go for a ride in - ride out tyre fitting within 20 miles of Vines?

Just been quoted £235 for a pair of 020's.... a dramatic price hike since I last had a pair fitted.

Cheers for that - one question, are there any tricks to making the 'stiff' pistons come out while you're carefully using small motions on the front brake lever? When I did it there was one piston that would come out, the other three remained stationary. I ended up putting the pads in and out a few t...

Front brake - piston seized

I think I've got a problem with the pistons on one side of one of the front callipers. I changed pads a few weeks ago and noticed that one of the discs seemed to retain a lot more heat than the other one, same side every time. I'm not in the habit of checking disc temperature normally so I wasn't su...

after two crashes in 8 years I've had more paid out than I had as quoted on the policy in both cases.

I just had to provide evidence of the bikes current value, i.e. adverts to argue against their 'current value'

Parking at Heathrow

Any of you know if there is parking close to terminal 4 for bikes at Heathrow?
I'm flying out on a Saturday, back on a Sunday and I think I might end up leaving the bike at the airport as no-one wants to get up at 05:00 on a Saturday morning to take me

Textile/leather repairs alterations

I've used these guys to repair an exhaust burn hole in my textile jacket and was very happy with the service/quality/price Nine Lives - 01252 523232 The guy works out of a Farnborough address but the work is done down in Lymington I think and he said that if that was closer he'd be happy to meet peo...

Picked the jacket up on Saturday and I'm very pleased with the work.
They've done a part panel replacement and in my opinion you wouldn't know it hadn't come out of the factory like that.

Ride into work this morning was in constant rain and the jacket works as well as it ever has :)
