When commuting I leave mine in 1st with the clutch pulled in, not cos of the gearbox tho' I just cant be ar5ed with the hendon shuffle. Problem isnt the outside, but the polystyrene liner, this is the stuff that protects your head and paint fumes are a solvent.

Bottom line dont do it as it it's nearly impossible to keep the fumes from hardening the polystyrene

A while ago I posted that my clock was not working. Previous investigation showed this wasn't down to the usual, wires chafing at the relay box Well I've got to the root of the problem. the clock is connected via the blue multipin connector in the R/H relay box with red/white and brown wires feeding...

I presume the pyramid hugger fits the same as the Ilmburger in which case I would also be interested in some lovely stainless bolts to replace the furry cheese ones supplied.
