Re: It's been a while!

Hi Hayden

Yes, you owned it before me. You sold it to a guy up north, can’t remember exactly where. He didn't have it very long, then decided it wasn't for him.

I bought it from him

I would love it back

Quiet on here!

Well after my long break from this forum, it does seem to have quietened down on here. Come on chaps, it's like a ghost town.

And who owns my old bike? Stop hiding it in ya garage.

lol it certainly is. thats one of the reasons it's so quick, very good power to weight ratio. 60 ish BHP and weighs about 350 pounds.

another big plus is you can throw it around very easily, handles good too.

I sound like a Yamaha salesman lol.

Apparently, it's a very rare F model. The F was only produced for 8 months before the F2 came out. The F2 having a different exhaust and a few other mods that tamed it and slowed it down a bit :( I know one thing, for a 350 it certainly is very quick. I would say it's not much behind an 1100s in the...

What I'm riding now!

Well since I sold my 1100S I have been a busy guy. I purchased a couple of old bikes to add to my classic collection. A Yamaha 350 YPVS and a RD250LC. I have done a lot of work in a very short space of time to get the YPVS on the road as this is going to be my main ride. http://i83.photobucket.com/a...

It has tons of low and mid range grunt don't you think? Having never ridden another BMW to compare it with, I could only tell by my seat on my pants dyno Every mod I made was to increase my riding pleasure, and it seems you like the way it's set up too. I forgot to mention, although you have probabl...

Don't worry about the exhaust, if you look underneath at the rear box you will see why it does that. The second outlet is really for looks. The only O ring you should have come across is the one that fits around the throttle body. It can be a bitch to slide the tube back over that O ring. I used ple...
