Hey, I saw a R1100S fall over at Donnington during the Boxer Cup race and spin around on one cylinder head driven by the back wheel. It took a bale of hay to stop it rotating, then they stood it up, and rode it away. I was completely amazed! But it was bloody funny because before they threw the bale...

04 BCR Mirror problem

The LH mirror on a BCR 04 is constantly being vibrated out of adjustment when I accelerate. It's clearly more loose than the RH mirror, so:
How can I tighten it up :?:
Is there a nut beneath the mirror and how do you remove the mirror?

Or should I just buy another?

Sorry buddy, been away for a while. Yep in my opinion. When I fitted these to my previous bike a K12S the difference was noticable right out of the can. They are better made, make a great induction roar and p;pick-up improved noticably. Just taken the R11S BCR yesterday after fitting, OK so I also f...

R1100S BCR BMC Air filter

Ok, ere it is another tail of 'Told you so'. Had BMC air filters on my K12S and they are just brilliant, well put together a made a difference that you could feel. So, though I'll do the same on my newly acquired BCR. I knew that the BMC filters are a tight fit and have a thick silicone rubber flang...

Hi Nick, welcome on board. I'm a newbie as well. Got my BCR 2 weeks ago and it's currently undergoing some minor mods (Laser collector and BMC filter). Last bike was a K12S that crashed out at the Nurburgring leaving me nursing a busted back. But, Hey Ho alls's OK and looking forward to spring prope...

GOT IT! I'm now the very proud and happy owner of a 04 Boxer Cup Rep. Test ride today convinced me that this is what I wanted. Soul and character abound. And I'm less tempted to enter orbit and get nicked by the space police. OK so it'as not anywhere near as ballistic as my old K1200S but it's got i...

Either the blue/white or the later blue/red/white. Got a test ride on the latter this w/end, first time back on a bike since my recovery. So hope all goes well, I'll just have to try very hard not to scrape the cylinder heads, well at least until it's warmed up a little.

New Member....looking for a Boxer Cup

Hi Guys, Thought I just say Hello............Hello! After last year's death spill at the ring on a K12S, I've just about recovered and are now looking for a Boxer Cup! Previous BM was written off, (as I almost was), so here I am now looking for another bike for the new 08 season. Still have a hanker...
